 A 45 minute Yoga class on a chair. Perfect for anyone who finds it uncomfortable to practice yoga on a mat. We take yoga poses and modify them so you can enjoy yoga without having to get onto the floor. 


Also great for people who spend a lot of time sitting.


 Learn how to perform stretches, breathing and meditation in your chair.
